Best Customer Service Around!!

"I came in about a week ago for the first time and was so impressed with the quality of customer service, I decided Hodges Ace will definitely be my new go to hardware store. Several employees offered me help right away! Today I was back again and Kyle H was super helpful. He offered to help me find what I was looking for and took me there. Helped me find just what I needed, even though I wasn’t really sure. He was knowledgeable, friendly and confident. Thanks to all your employees for really being friendly and making me feel welcome in the store!"

"I walked into the hardware store needing a miracle, and I found it in the form of an old fella who seemed to have been part of the store since its foundation. He knew exactly what I was talking about even though I had no idea what the name of the tool I was looking for was called but was able to describe it. He also shared stories that made me laugh so hard I nearly dropped my newly acquired item. If you ever need hardware help, look for the guy who looks like he could fix the Titanic with a paperclip and some duct tape. Absolute legend!" I believe is name was Peter or something like that. Thank you kind Sir for saving the day!"
