"I took my package to the UPS drop off located in this Ace Hardware store on Thursday, March 25th, 2021. So far, according to modern UPS tracking, the package has not gone anywhere. Update: I have adjusted my rating based on the quick response of the management of this store. This representative has responded to my complaint in a very satifactory manner."
